HOW TO ADVERTISE ON CRAIGSLIST
Craigslist receives massive amount of traffic and we encourage you to learn these simple steps to get free traffic to your website.
IMPORTANT:
Here are a few simple rules to follow so your ads will not be removed and flagged.
* miscategorized - wrong category/site, discusses another ad, otherwise misplaced
for example, if you post your ads under "books, cars" they will be removed. Post your ads
under the correct category for your business (which is gifts or community).
* spam/overpost - posted too frequently, in multiple cities/categories, or is too commercial
for example, do not post your ad in all cities in one day. We recommend to post one ad. Then wait
48 hours and post another ad.
Below are sample ads and instructions to follow so your ad will have a greater possibility to appear on Craigslist.
Note: If you have an account and they have already flagged you or they have ghost your ads (meaning you post your ad but it never appears on their site), please open a new account and repost your ad.
How to Place Ads

1. Open an account if you do not have one. When you register, Craigslist will email you a verification email.
2. Place your ad so pick a state that you want to place your ad. Please start with one state before you post on many.
Note: The large cities normally charge $25.00. So look for the free cities. They do have many FREE states and cities
3. Select the category & subcategory for your ad.
Select category: Jobs
Subcategory: Customer Service /Admin/office / Sales
Repost your ad every 2 days so your ad can stay at the top of each listing.
How to repost on craiglist:
Login to your account
Go to the home page for your craigslist city.
Click on the "post to classifieds" link in the top left corner of that page, and proceed through the posting process.
REMINDER: FOR THE TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM,
please do not place your marketing website.
Only post your Email Address in your ad.
